A virus can multiply itself and reproduce itself through other files and programs. Even a tiny virus can multiply and use up all your computer memory and eventually shut down your whole system. A virus can enter by a USB, download from the web, and other sources. A dangerous virus can pass through your computer security and anti virus programs. Phishing is a cyber crime where the person tries to make another person to share valuable information to him/her. Phish is nowadays is sent by E-Mail and other online messaging systems. It also appears on websites that says click here! Also can pop out as pop ups. To avoid these phishing do not trust your spam mails. Since phish can only go through as your spam mail, not your mails. Do not click on local advertisment on the internet. Also do not trust all sites where you buy important materials like eBay. Worm is a sub-class of viruses. Worm can copy/manipulate itself unlike other viruses. It can also spread itself to other systems and networks. For example e-mails, and online chat messengers. Even if the person does n ot touch the computer a worm can spread itself when the computer is activated. To get rid of worms you m ust go to the C:\Autoruns folder and delete the worm related file. Remember to do this in Safe Mode. After rebooting your computer the worm should be gone. First of all, Trojan Horse is not a virus itself but carries viruses. A Trojan Horse does not transfer the viruses to other files, programs in the computer. There are many different types of Trojan Horses. -Remote Access Trojans (RATs) -Backdoor Trojans (Backdoors) -IRC Trojans (IRC bots) -Keylogging Trojans Most of the time Trojan Horses are disguised as different files to make people download it, or accept it. Trojan Horse does damage your computer but it won’t duplicate itself like viruses and worms.
